Cancellation Policy
Our Initial Site Visit Consultation is designed to provide you with a thorough and personalized assessment of your space. To ensure a smooth and productive consultation, please review the following policy: Scheduling and Fees: Consultations are scheduled by appointment only. A consultation fee is required and will be communicated during the booking process. This fee is refundable if you choose to proceed with our interior design services afterward. Preparation: Clients are encouraged to prepare any relevant information, such as inspiration images, floor plans, and a list of specific needs or preferences, to facilitate a productive discussion. Consultation Scope: The consultation includes a site visit by one of our expert designers, a comprehensive assessment of the space, a discussion of your design preferences and requirements, and initial design ideas and recommendations. This service does not include detailed design plans or drawings, which are part of our subsequent design phases. Duration: The typical duration of the site visit consultation is 1-2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the space. Follow-Up: Following the consultation, you will receive a summary of the visit, including key observations and initial recommendations. Should you decide to proceed with our design services, a detailed proposal and contract will be provided for the next steps. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for cancellations. Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing you with the best possible design service.
